Each Cub Scout Den will race against their peers.

All others (siblings, parents, grandparents, alumni, leaders, etc.) may race in the Open Division.

Are there rules?

YES!!!!! We will check and enforce the rules to make sure we have a fair race. Click the button below for a copy of the rules.

How do I get a car kit?

Cub Scouts can get a car kit from the Cubmaster. It is included in your annual dues.

Open division racers may purchase a kit at the Golden Spread Council office.

What are the awards?

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be awarded to each den.

The overall fastest Cub Scout will get a special award and their name on the plaque that is displayed in the Puckett cafeteria.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be awarded to the Open Division.

What is impound and why do I have to do it?

We impound the cars the night before the race so that we can check each car for rule compliance, update the race roster within the track software, and run a more efficient race day event. Impound is mandatory for all racers.
